‘SAMADHAN ONLINE’ is just round the corner. The programme aimed at people approaching the Chief Minister online for the redressal of their grievances, would begin on February 7.

At 4 pm on February 7, the first Tuesday of the month would see the Chief Minister having discussions with the Commissioners, Collectors and other officials concerned through videoconferencing on people’s grievances’ redressal. The secretaries of the different departments would be available in their offices.

As per an official release, selected complaints would be forwarded to the secretaries of the departments concerned and the Collectors on Samadhan Online website every Tuesday from 10 am to 12 noon. The complaints would be selected from those sent to the Chief Minister, the Public Grievances Redressal Department and those received on “mpsamadhan.org” website.

All preparations have been made in connection with the programme. The officials concerned have been provided internet connectivity through V-SAT. The departmental secretaries and Collectors, on February 7 and later on first Tuesday of every month, would check their e-mail account on the website.

They would collect detailed information regarding the complaints by 4 pm and transmit their reports online. They would have to explain with reasons in their reports if they are not able to transmit detailed information about certain complaints.

The Collector would prepare their reports on the complaints and send the same by 4 pm.
