In a letter to the Commission, Samata nominee and former CBI Joint Director, NK Singh's election agent Sunit Kumar Chauhan alleged that large numbers of sensitive and super sensitive booths were left in the hands of the homeguards and Bihar police.
He added that several such booths were captured by the supporters of both RJD's Laloo Yadav and JD-U's Sharad Yadav.
Samata Party agents were chased away from booths and the voters of the party were not allowed to vote, he said alleging that the presiding officers and police remained silent spectators and connived with the booth grabbers.
Chauhan accused the district authorities of flouting the Commission's directive with respect to manning the sensitive and super-sensitive booths with the CPMFs during Wednesday's polling.
Even the criminals and some ministers were seen moving freely in the constituency, he charged.
He urged the Commission to hold repolling in 63 booths with strict deployment of the CPMF in the constituency.
