Stylish interiors, a great view (arrive early or book a window seat) and good old classic rock belted out by Black Slade, a band with a rock-solid reputation: it's the city's most romantic restaurant. The menu has ‘predictable' written all over it, but it has its high points, though the regulars here would be furious if they got 'authentic' Chinese. So if it's subtlety you're after, sound the chef out personally. Definitely order his Seafood Soup.
