Don't go there expecting to savour the chutney made with red ants. Instead, you'll get Dal Makhni, Shahi Paneer, Chicken Curry and other oh-so typical examples of Chhatisgarhi gastronomy! A typical offering is the Mirchi Bhaji – an earthy combination of potatoes, onions and green chillies – and the Karela Chaat – before you break out in a rash at thought of having karela at Dilli Haat, let's assure you that this maida dish gets its name from its shape. The spices have been toned down to suit less adventurous palates.
