Satish Kaushik returns with three films!
After a two-year sabbatical, director Satish Kaushik returns with back-to-back releases, reports Vajir Singh.
Satish Kaushik hasn’t had a release in two years as a director. But now he has three movies coming up. Everyone knows about Karzzz, but there’s also Tere Sang and the long-delayed Milenge Milenge.
While the hype is centred around Karzzz, Tere Sang is the film really close to Kaushik’s heart. “It will be promoted as a kidult love story. It’s a radical film on a topical theme,” he says. “Although it features newcomers, I’ve lavished a lot of time and money on it.”

The film was completed last year. Why hasn’t it hit the theatres yet? “I was busy with Karzzz. It’s better this way. The success of Karzzz will help Tere Sang,” he asserts.
Milenge Milenge toplining Shahid Kapur and Kareena Kapoor has been stuck for the last couple of years. Kaushik insists it’ll be out soon. Shooting is complete and Shahid Kapur has finished his dubbing. He says, “Only Kareena Kapoor has to dub her lines which she will once she returns from abroad. Then we will plan the release.”
