SC notice to Centre, Delhi Govt on safety of women

In the wake of a spate of rape incidents in Delhi, the Supreme Court on Friday issued notices to the Centre, Delhi Government and Commissioner of Police on a petition seeking a direction to authorities to take effective measures to create an environment conducive for women to work and live with dignity and without fear.
