The petition of Advocate Vijay Singh of Sidhi came up for hearing before a bench of Justice KG Balakrishnan and Justice DK Jain which was amused by his claim.
While dismissing Singh's petition, the bench wondered how the Registry accepted it for listing.
It asked the Registrar General to conduct an inquiry into the filing of such a frivolous petition in the apex court.
Later, Singh told reporters that he would move the National Human Rights Commission to get justice and prove his claim.
