In a petition filed by Ramesh Kumar, on behalf of Pramod Kumar Jain — secretary of the Sarojini Nagar Gymkhana, on May 2, it was alleged that even after the committee's tenure expired on August 20, 2010, no steps were taken for fresh elections.
