Seven persons including four women were killed and equal number injured when an autorickshaw overturned after dashing a car near here, police said on Wednesday.

The mishap took place at Navapur square in Nandurbar town in North Maharashtra on Tuesday, they said adding the victims were proceeding to Nandurbar with their agricultural produce for sale at the weekly bazar there.

The deceased have been identified as Tukaram Gavit, Shantabai Gavale, Rudhya Bhoye, Bhamaribai Gavale, Kesharbai Choure, Limbaju Thakare and Sitabai Thakare, police added.
