A Pakistan Cricket Board official said Shoaib has been warned to behave himself and strictly follow the security protocol for the series.

"He has been told to just concentrate on his cricket and prepare for the third and final Test after which he can unwind."

The problem cropped up when Shoaib and his friend from London brought in their heavy motor bike as well as a Mercedes convertible right into the Stadium during a practice session this weekend.

The senior police officer objected to the parking of the vehicles saying it was a violation of the security protocol. This apparently irked the star bowler and what followed was a heated exchange between the two.

But the officer said "everything is now sorted out. He realised he was wrong and apologised to me. We have informed the Board about the incident".

The police official explained that no unauthorised vehicles can be parked close to the dressing room. "Only the vehicles of top PCB officials can get into the ground and that too not this close. And players know it. Even the vehicles of Punjab Chief Minister and Governor are parked outside."
