|The Andhra district has been facing severe drought and all the irrigation resources had gone dry, forcing the visitors to look elsewhere for their sojourn. As the last monsoon brought plenty of rains and all the tanks and other water sources were full, the cranes came in plenty and settled down.
Locals were very happy that the visitors had reappeared after a gap of five years that saw a severe drought.
