Six injured in Dhanbad clash, situation tense

Six persons were injured in a clash between two groups of people at Murgabai village about 20 km from Dhanbad.

Six persons were injured in a clash between two groups of people at village Murgabai under Govindpur police station, about 20 km from Dhanbad on Sunday, the police said.

Bows and arrows were used in the clash which occurred over an altercation between a motorcyclist and a bicycle owner following an accident, police said.

The injured were rushed to local hospital.

The Additional Superintendent of Police, MP Nakra was camping in the area with additional forces.

Though the situation was tense but under control, police said.
