Slapgate: Police to register FIR against Kichloo
Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Kishtwar, on Tuesday directed the police to register a FIR against Jammu and Kashmir minister of State for Home Sajjad Ahmad Kichloo for slapping the CEO, Kishtwar Tourism Development Authority, Riaz Ahmed Choudhary, in full public view ahead of chief minister Omar Abdullah's visit to address a rally on April 18, 2013.

Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Kishtwar, on Tuesday directed the police to register a FIR against Jammu and Kashmir minister of State for Home Sajjad Ahmad Kichloo for slapping the CEO, Kishtwar Tourism Development Authority, Riaz Ahmed Choudhary, in full public view ahead of chief minister Omar Abdullah's visit to address a rally on April 18, 2013.
The SHO of Police Station, Kishtwar, has been asked to register an FIR against the Minister and others under Sections 186, 323, 341 and 506 of RPC, sources said.
They said the CJM on Monday also directed the DIG Kishtwar-Doda Ramban Range and SP Kishtwar to see that the law of the land is implemented in letter and spirit.
