Some of the trainees alleged that the DIET official had not sent the complete details to the office of the Basic Shiksha Adhikari’s office. Talking to the Hindustan Times, BSA Gyanendra Pratap Singh Bhadoria also endorsed trainees’ allegations.

About 87 special BTC trainees were allowed to go under special training by the State commission of OBC for primary teachers with DIET, Narval, Kanpur.

However, about 57 said candidates of OBC reported in time and their training started from January 25, 2006 and completed on April 25, 2006. Besides, few OBC candidates, who reported at later stage out of total 87 candidates their training was still going on with DIET, sources informed.

Therefore, the candidates, who completed their training with DIET, have to undergo practical training at various Parshadiya primary schools of the district.

Hence, their related documents should have been sent to BSA’s office by the DIET authorities, but it was not dispatched from the DIET office, alleged trainees and BSA Bhadoria.

Bhadoria said that two letters were dispatched from his office demanding proper details of the said OBC BTC trainees, but DIET principal Sant Ram Soni did not provide any information, which could help us in identifying the antecedent of these trainees. Therefore, their placement was not yet finalised. However, two lists were sent but signature of the DIET principal Sant Ram Soni differed in both the lists. “Therefore, it is very difficult to take any decision on the basis of the same lists,” Bhadoria added.

OBC special BTC trainees, Roshan, Mukim Ahmad, Dr Krishna Kumar Verma, Md Razzaq Ansari accused the DIET officials and said that infighting among the officials creating problem for the BTC trainees.
