ARMY SCHOOL, St Mont Fort and Radhakrishnan School registered victories in the SOS Peace Trophy FIFA Football Tournament that began at SOS Village, Khajuri Kalan on Monday.

In the first match, Army School defeated Jawahar Lal Nehru School by 4-0. St Mont Fort drubbed St John’s School by a margin of 5-0 and Radhakrishnan beat Vikram School by 4-0.

In all, 15 schools of the City including Jawahar Lal Nehru School, Vikram School, Radhakrishnan School, Pragatisheel School, HEMA School, Army School, St Mont Fort School, St John’s School, MGM School, DAV School, St Xavier’s School, St Thomas School, Raman School and SOS are participating in the tournament.

The final match will be played on October 20. Earlier, ADG (Law and Order) Surendra Singh inaugurated the tournament. In his address, he lauded the efforts being made by SOS for bringing the

youth on one platform. SOS Village director Dr K N Pathak and others were present on the occasion.
