Employees are so used to stress at workplaces that a majority of them actually find it healthy, says a quarterly
survey by staffing firm TeamLease Services.

Employees in sales, marketing and operations are more comfortable with stress on account of the nature of their jobs compared with those those in human resources and administration.

The survey of 400 white-collar employees cities like Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune during August suggests 61 per cent employees find work-related stress healthy.

Two out of every three employees do not feel stressed out about carrying work home. Employees in Delhi seem to be the most bothered about office politics and lack of power than their counterparts in other cities whereas Pune-ites are the least satisfied with various aspects of their work life, like relationships with colleagues, amount of work, salary and the work environment.
