The slick movie packed with action and glamour – Cash has our very own style guru Suneet Varma as the costume designer for the actresses. If you think this is his first venture in Bollywood then read on.

Suneet was entrusted with the costumes of Muzaffar Ali's film Zooni, which unfortunately was never released. Ask Suneet about Zooni and he gets nostalgic, "It was one great project where I had the opportunity to create costumes with master craftsmen."

How did Cash happen? Suneet answers, "Shilpa and Shamita Shetty are my regular clients and when director Anubhav Sinha was on a lookout for a designer who could design stylish yet sexy clothes, the Shetty sisters recommended my name."

After which Suneet had an elaborate meeting with Sinha and the rest is history.

Dream girls
For Suneet it was a dream to work with the three gorgeous women (Shamita, Esha and Dia) of Bollywood who have perfect bodies. He says, "I was amazed to see Esha Deol's flat surf-board like abdomen and Shamita's near perfect waistline."

Since the movie is a heist story and the girls are doing action roles, Suneet created a very LaraCroft(ish) look. "I myself am a fan of heist movies and I enjoyed creating styles for these girls. I created leather jackets, jumpsuits and long coat-dresses that made these girls look stunningly gorgeous."

He also played with cargo pants, corset tops and denim suits to give the girls a femme-fatale look.

All work and no play
Any interesting anecdotes? And Suneet says, "Esha practised bungee-jumping, she did the stunts herself. The dedication I saw in Dia Mirza, Shamita Shetty and the rest of the crew is admirable. Now I know why actors demand such a price. They put in helluva lot of work."

Next Bollywood venture? "I just met Nikhil Advani and am doing his next project."

Way to go Suneet.
