yuvrajCricketer Yuvraj Singh is set to join the likes of Hrithik Roshan and Abhishek Bachchan who have played superheroes in Bollywood flicks, Krrish Drona. The cricketer will be seen voicing Captain India, a superhero, in an animated flick of the same name.

“Yes, Yuvraj is going to voice the superhero in the animated film. He fitted the role best,” says Bunty Sajdeh of Cornerstone Entertainment, which is producing the film with Hollywood’s Motion Pixel Company. The film’s story revolves around a young cricketer, who cannot afford a cricket bat. One day, he stumbles upon a magic bat and how his life changes thereafter. “The film includes incidents from Yuvraj’s personal and professional life,” says Sajdeh. Yuvraj’s six sixes in an over during the inaugural T20 World Cup are going to be a part of the film.

The Motion Pixel team will arrive in India next month, to get details on Yuvraj’s life. The film will release during the 2011 Cricket World Cup.
