Playing true to their reputation, TN men dominated proceedings from the word go and didn’t allow the experienced Delhi team to dictate terms.

G Maheshwaran (27th), A Arun Stalin David (47th) and V Vinod Rayer (55th) struck for the winners, where as Amit Lochan (40th) scored the consolation goal for Delhi.

It was fast-paced battle between the two sides, and TN men appeared more organised in their attacks, especially from the right flank. On the contrary, Delhi’s players were unable to match their opponents even in speed and stamina.
