Three other school students who have been admitted to the Kozhikode Medical College are in serious condition. Around 300 students of the Vattoli High School were administered the vaccine last month.

Though the authorities claimed that the death was not due to the vaccine, parents complained that their children felt uneasy soon after getting the vaccine.
