The various freebies and subsidies distributed by governments are in a way worse then opium addiction. Distributing money in lieu of a job only reduces crowd at the employment exchange. Crime rate in the society which lives on subsidies is maximum.

Blacks in US enjoy maximum freebies and have maximum crime rate. If you have to work hard to earn your bread you are left with no time to indulge in matters not concerning him.

I would suggest that freebies and subsidies are gradually reduced to nil and let people remain within their means and try to earn more. The GDP will increase much faster.
