Three Hizb terrorists arrested in Srinagar

Security forces have arrested three terrorists belonging to the pro-Pakistan Hizbul Mujahideen outfit from the city.

Security forces have arrested three terrorists belonging to the pro-Pakistan Hizbul Mujahideen outfit from the city, a defence spokesman said.

Acting on a tip-off, Army arrested Mohammad Ashraf Ganai (35), Nazir Ahmad Ganai (35) and Khurshid Ahmed Bhat alias Sheeda (27), all residents of Khor in Budgam district of central Kashmir on March 30, the spokesman said.

He said a 7.62 mm pistol, one magazine, eight rounds, one AK magazine and 30 rounds AK ammunition were found from the terrorists.

All the arrested terrorists were handed over to Kothi Bagh police station on Friday, the spokesman said.
