Three Indians killed in a road accident in Dubai

The construction workers were killed when a speeding car hit them while they were working on a road project.

Three Indian construction workers were killed when a speeding car hit them while they were working on a road expansion project near the Dubai airport tunnel.

Eyewitnesses said the three men died on the spot on Tuesday when the driver of the car lost control and ran over the workers.

Police and rescue officials rushed the victims to hospital where they were declared dead.

"We could not identify the men as no identification cards were found on their body. But we were informed that they were Indians," hospital sources said.
