"It will be a bad luck of farmers in the country if BJP returns to power which is an industrialists and capitalists governed party" Tikait told media persons here on his way to Delhi.
He said that his new party Bhartiya Kisan Dal (BKD) had no false promises and slogans like 'feel good' as that of BJP and attacked the NDA government for unemployment and economic crises in the country during the last five years.
Vajpayee government had given Kisan Credit Cards to farmers which were of no use as the farmers wanted sugar cane payment and not the credit card, he added.
The kisan leader also said that BKD would contest from almost all Lok Sabha seats in farmer dominated constituencies in UP, Haryana, Rajasthan and MP.
