Two killed in explosion in Nashik apartment
Two persons were killed in a powerful explosion in Saptshrungi Apartment in Tarwala Nagar in Panchavati locality of the city on Wednesday, police said.

Two persons were killed in a powerful explosion in Saptshrungi Apartment in Tarwala Nagar in Panchavati locality of the city on Wednesday, police said.
Even though exact reason of the explosion is yet to be ascertained, police suspect that it might have caused due to gas cylinders.
Two floors of the building were completely damaged at 3.10 pm this afternoon, police said.
Impact of the explosion was so high that it could be heard 2 kms away from the spot. Top police officials as well as fire brigade personnel rushed to the spot.
Police managed to pull out bodies of the two dead from the debris. They suspect that the number of dead persons could go up. Details are awaited.
