Two Kuki militants arrested in Imphal
Two Kuki militants of Kuki Revolutionary Army (KRA) have been arrested during a search operation here by commandos in Imphal East District of Manipur, official sources said on Monday.

Two Kuki militants of Kuki Revolutionary Army (KRA) have been arrested during a search operation here by commandos in Imphal East District of Manipur, official sources said on Monday.
Sources said commandos, attached to Imphal East district police station, arrested Ngamhinlen Khongsai (26) and Ngampu Misao (34) from a place near a bus parking in Imphal on sunday.
They said the two were involved in extortion of money from the people and government officials. Extortion letters in the name of KRA was also recovered from them.
The two have been handed over to a nearby police station for further investigation.
