Two sisters arrested for killing mother

Two sisters have been arrested on Friday for allegedly killing their mother in Poonch district. The accused, Yasmin and Parveen Akhter, who confessed to have committed the crime said their mother died after being hit by them on Thursday night.

The victim Kaneeza Begum, wife of Mohammad Tasveer, was hit on head when she tried to stop her daughters to go out with some youths at their residence in Mendhar area, about 220 kms from the police said.Kaneeza's husband, who has been working with a private firm in Dubai, was not present in the house, they added.
