Two Tibetans arrested for attempting to enter RIC meet
Police today foiled an attempt by two Tibetans to enter the venue of the trilateral meeting of Russia, India and China (RIC) here, and took them into custody.

Police today foiled an attempt by two Tibetans to enter the venue of the trilateral meeting of Russia, India and China (RIC) here, and took them into custody.
The duo, who tried to sneak into the hotel, where the RIC meeting of foreign ministers is taking place, shouted
slogans against China, police said.
Police were yet to reveal the identity of the arrested.
