Kewel Krishen, a ITI student and a resident of Kishtwar district, was washed away while he was taking a bath at the Tawi river in Jammu, they said, adding the police has swung into action to trace his body.

Another unidentified youth was drowned in Ranbir canal in the city, they said, adding his body has been recovered.
