The BHARATIYA Janshakti on Tuesday approached the Election Commission to seek nullification of the Bada Malehra by-poll.
BJ supremo Uma Bharti claimed at the Commission that Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had brought people from outside to cast ballots and misused the official machinery in the constituency.
