The results were withheld due to the college not fulfilling university norms and therefore not getting affiliation.

An extraordinary meeting of the university’s Executive Council (EC) was held a few days back in which it was decided that the results should be released in the interest of students.

However, as no specific time frame had been given, the students got frustrated with the decision. Vice-Chancellor CS Chaddha had promised results within a day of the meeting. When that did not happen the students were again contemplating going on strike but the university acted speedily and declared the results today.

Of the 33 students (batch strength) of that year, six had not appeared for the exams. Of the remaining 27 students, 11 were declared pass with 10 passing in first division and 11 flunking the exam. The students are satisfied after getting their results at long last.
