The contracts for the two airports had been given to two consortiums led by GMR (Delhi airport) and GVK (Mumbai airport).
Reliance challenged the award of the contracts on the grounds that it had been discriminated against in the tender process. It sought the quashing of the tender process and said fresh bids should be invited.
The high court had last month reserved judgment.
