Union Minister Vinod Khanna has defeated Sukhbans Kaur Bhinder of the Congress from Gurdaspur seat by 24,980 votes.
Union Minister Vinod Khanna has defeated Sukhbans Kaur Bhinder of the Congress from Gurdaspur seat by 24,980 votes.
Khanna (BJP) records third successive win having emerged victorious earlier in 1998 and 1999 while Bhinder suffers third running defeat at his hands.
