Delhi always seems to be on a short fuse which invariably leads to violent crimes. Just yesterday a Jet Airways pilot crushed a man to death in the capital's upscale Khan Market because the victim's car scratched past the pilot's speckless Ford Ikon. What do you think can cool tempers in the city and erase the epithet of it being a rage capital?
