What will J&K elections achieve?

Was first phase of J&K polls satisfactory?: - Pakistan President Musharraf has no face to comment that the poll during the first phase in J&K ranged between 2 to 10 percent. He should worry more about the forthcoming general elections in his own country which is goind to be a mere farce. He has usurped power by dismissing the elected Prime Minister and the Government of his coutnry. It is a pity and really a joke, he is playing on his masses, says Sat Pal Malhotra, London, England.
