"My main concern is his security. Several prisoners, including Dr Sachan, have been killed in UP jails. The Dasna Jail, where my husband is being taken to, is a notorious one. I have requested the court to allow two advocates to keep a watch," said Tevatia's wife Nutan.

His mother Harbiri Devi said, "My son is not a criminal. He is being framed." His advocate Gaurav Kumar said, "We are moving higher courts. We will seek his shifting to a Delhi jail."
