The tourists are preparing for the triangular one-day series with England and New Zealand later this month.

West Indies made 292 for seven in their 50 overs but Ireland reached 295 for four with 3.1 overs to spare after Jason Molins, Jeremy Bray and Niall O'Brien all notched half centuries in Belfast.

Bravo made 100 not out and captain Brian Lara unusually came in at number eight for the West Indies after winning the toss and deciding to bat. He was out for one.

He led his side to a 96-run win over Ireland in their first practice match on Wednesday scoring 106.

The West Indies play their first game in the triangular series on June 26 against New Zealand at Edgbaston in Birmingham. The final takes place at Lord's on July 10. The West Indies then play England in a four-match test series in July and August.
