Wipro buys North-West for Rs 1 bn
Wipro has also entered into a manufacturing agreement with North-West for five years, it said in a statement.

Wipro Ltd said on Friday its consumer care and lighting business had acquired Delhi-based North-West Switchgear Ltd for Rs 1 billion.
Wipro has also entered into a manufacturing agreement with North-West for five years, it said in a statement.
