"Our board will be meeting on September 28 to consider whether we should bid for the license for the second phase of FM Radio expansion or not," Zee Group Chairman Subhash Chandra told reporters in New Delhi.

Asked about the modality of bidding and the regional preferences for the group, he said: "Let the board first decide."

The group was, however, interested in bidding for the license, Chandra said on the sidelines of announcing the Zee network's signing of telecast agreement with All India Football Federation.
