Spread in around 1,00,000 square feet the centre has 16 independent halls with a capacity of holding 20 to 2,500 people at a time.

The Global Investors Meet, which will be attended by VVIP guests from all over the world, the convention centre is sure to be the cynosure of everybody’s eye. Boasting of state of the art facilities, apart from the halls, rooms will also be used by the delegates.

"The convention centre has around 100 rooms which will be occupied by the guests. The rooms at the convention centre can any day be compared to the ones at any five star hotel in the country," said Satish Kumar Sharma, assistant vice-president (events and operations), Brilliant Convention Centre.

While, the special grand hall which will witness the function is a massive structure measuring 22,500 square feet. The special feature of the hall is that it is pillar less and is fully air conditioned. Attached to it is a pre-function area named Orion Hall measuring about 5000 sq. which is usually used for dining and catering.

Moreover, as palatial halls and business rooms are the forte of the centre, another feature remains the recreation and the business centres at the institute, which will cater to the purpose of the summit. But, as delivering world class facilities will be a priority, the promotion of the culture of Malwa and Nimad will also be a side feature of the event.

Decorating the walls of the centre, the entire décor is inspired by the region. From bagh paintings on the wall to halls named after the popular works from the region.
