Indore: Elderly couple bludgeoned to death
An elderly couple was bludgeoned to death in Piplai Kankar village under Sanver Police station of Indore district on Monday.

An elderly couple was bludgeoned to death in Piplai Kankar village under Sanver Police station of Indore district on Monday.
The body of the couple was recovered from the house on Tuesday night. Police have registered a case of murder and started investigation.
The deceased were identified as Asin Masa (75) and his wife Sehrazabi (65). The couple lived alone in the house and both their sons were based in Dewas city.
As per the police sources, during the primary investigation the reason behind the killing is land dispute.
“The couple was killed on Monday night. We are sending the body for postmortem and will lodge a case. Questioning from some suspects is going on,” said TI Sanver Ramgopal Dixit while talking to Hindustan Times.
