Though Kovind didn’t write about his experience in the visitors’ book at the dargah, he spoke to the Anjuman, organisation of khadims. According to Muhasbir Chisty, secretary of Anjuman, the President didn’t write in the visitor’s book as he thought that the longer he stays at the dargah, the more inconvenience it will cause to the general public.

During his visit to the dargah, he received the Bhagawad Gita from the Deewan of the shrine, Zainul Abedin Ali Khan.

The first family was accorded a warm welcome at Pushkar and Dargah by Pushkar Teerth Purohit Sangh members and Dargah Committee respectively.
