The bodies will be handed over to relatives after post-mortems in the evening.
Twelve bodies were being kept for the last seven days at Pilupura and six others at Sikandra.
Gujjars agitators are demanding scheduled tribes (ST) status for the community. They are also demanding bodies of 14 people killed in police firing on May 23 and 24.
Sources said 14 bodies were kept at the Sawai Man Singh Hospital, 12 at Pilupura and six at Sikandra. Three bodies -- including one of a police constable -- have already been handed over to the relatives.
