The 11-member delegation, including painter Suvaprasanna, theatre personality Bratya Basu submitted a memorandum to the CEC, alleging the Left Front government was indulging in state-sponsored terrorism.

“We highlighted the spurt in political violence and state-sponsored terrorism," a delegation member said.
