Girl alleges sexual assault by her dad

The girl said that when she was only 14 years old, her father used to abuse her sexually and her mother opposed the tortured. The man tried to prove that his wife was mad. The elder daughter also faced the same problem.

“The victim along with her mother came to me with the allegation but I have asked them to think twice before filing the case. I have taken time because I have some doubt and it was hard to believe what she confessed. Only after I felt that the allegation could be true, I filed a case with the chief judicial magistrate in Alipore,” said the victim’s lawyer.
