Defence Minister A.K. Antony and the chief of the Nepal Army, General Chhattraman Singh Gurung, had talks on this on Tuesday in New Delhi.
India, the largest exporter of arms and ammunition to the Himalayan nation, had stopped supply after King Gyanendra dissolved the democratically-elected government in 2005 with the help of the army.
King Gyanendra was deposed in 2008. Now there is no monarchy in Nepal. Nepal became a democracy in 1990.
