The aircraft, which took off at 9.30 am for Bangalore, returned to the airport after about an hour and made a
"precautionary landing" when the passenger complained of illness and began vomiting.

The passenger was given medical attention after the aircraft landed.

The flight later left for Bangalore, the officials said.

Yesterday, an Alliance Air ATR aircraft on its way from here to Agartala with 44 passengers on board returned from the taxiway to the apron of the airport after two passengers complained of suffocation.
