We have launched a road reality check across Uttar Pradesh. As this picture shows, smooth ride is lost in a potholed road near the Awadh Shilpgram in Nagram area of Lucknow.

In the last few years a lot of housing societies have come up in the Nagram area of Lucknow. This road near Shilpgram in the locality witnesses a daily rush of commuters, including children in school buses.

The UP government failed to completely meet its claim of making 1,21,034 km roads in UP pothole-free by June 15, but claimed to have covered 63% of roads within three months of coming to power.
