"We will initiate strict action against officers involved in the probe only after CBI file its chargesheet and the court gives its final verdict. The CBI is still investigating the case," Principal Secretary Home Kunwar Fateh Bahadur told reporters in Lucknow.

He said the state police probed the matter for only two weeks and the inquiry was later handed over to CBI on request of Aarushi's family members.
