A 29-year-old MBA graduate, Ajit Dukre, committed suicide by jumping into the sea at Juhu. He left behind a suicide note, stating that he was feeling lonely. The police said that Dukre did not have enough friends. The Santacruz police have filed an accidental death report.

“Dukre’s body was found on Thursday evening after it was washed ashore on Juhu beach. We identified him with the help of his railway pass, and tracked his address to Ghatkopar,” said a police officer.

Dukre had a well paid job with an accounting firm in western suburbs.
